Gary Biedenkapp
Gary is the founder of Bay Area Appraisers
and has been appraising since 1986. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Maryland and licensed in Washington DC. Gary is
the review appraiser for Bay Area and oversees the production and quality control for the company. Gary has been an
approved FHA appraiser since 1994.
Gary is also responsible for acquiring new client relations.
Gary holds an Associates Degree in Data Processing from Anne Arundel Community and obtained a Bachelors of Science degree from
Frostburg State University in 1978.
Judith Biedenkapp
Jude is the president of Bay Area Appraisers
and has been appraising since 1992. She is a Certified Residential Appraiser in Maryland and specialize in historic,
waterfront and high end properties. Jude also performs all relocation appraisals for our company. Jude has been an
approved FHA appraiser since 1994.
Jude obtained a Bachelors of Science degree from University of Massachusetts - Amherst
in 1977.
Dennis Rush
Dennis is an independent appraiser that has worked with Bay Area Appraisers since 1992.
He is currently a Certified Residential Appraiser. During this time, Dennis has completed numerous appraisal assignments including single family residential,
condominiums, residential investment properties, two to four family, as well as land appraisals. Over the past
fourteen years, Dennis has become very familiar with the markets in the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan area as well
as most other counties in Maryland.
Prior to entering the field of Real Estate Appraisal, Dennis spent in excess of twenty years in the fields of Civil
Engineering and
Residential Land Development. During the time, Dennis developed large parcels of land
in Prince
George, Anne Arundel, and Howard counties.
Sharon Kiebler
Sharon has been a Maryland Licensed
Appraiser with Bay Area Appraisers since 2001. She is licensed to perform residential and FHA appraisals.
The majority of her appraisals have been done in Anne Arundel and Prince Georges counties. She has been FHA
approved since 2003.
Sharon has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Management Engineering.
Susan Sanders
Susan has been the Office Manager at Bay
Area Appraisers since 1998. She is responsible for the day to day operation of the office and its personnel.
Susan graduated from Anne Arundel Community College with an Associates Degree in Business.
Beth Peterson
Beth has been with Bay Area Appraisers
for five years. She job shares the Administrative Assistant position and assists in the completion of the appraisal
reports.
Beth has a Bachelors of Science degree from Frostburg State University in Frostburg, Md.
Courtney Hogue
Courtney is a Certified Residential Appraiser in the state of Maryland. She started as a trainee with Bay Area Appraisers in 2005 and became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 2007.
Courtney has a Bachelors of Arts degree from University of Maryland. Prior to becoming an appraiser, she was a flight attendant with American Airlines for 16 years.
Erin Monroe
Erin has been a Licensed Appraiser in the state of Maryland since 2007. She began her appraisal trainee program in 2005 and completed training in 2007.
Erin has a Bachelors of Science from Penn State University. Prior to joining Bay Area Appraisers, she was in the Army and served in Iraq during Desert Shield/Storm from September 1990 to May 1991.
Judy Crane
Judy is responsible for Marketing and Sales at Bay Area Appraisers. With a professional degree in radiology, she comes from the healthcare arena with over 25 year’s experience in medical products and service sales. Prior to joining Bay Area Appraisers, Judy was the Director of Sales and Marketing for a long term care pharmacy in Millersville, MD.
